How it works

Buying

1. Find your match and pick a listing.
2. At checkout, give us your name, email, and the email associated with your official tournament app account — that's where the ticket will be transferred.
3. Pay securely by card. Your funds are held until your ticket arrives in your app.
4. The seller transfers the ticket through the official app. You'll get an email when that happens.
5. Confirm receipt on your order page. The seller is paid out automatically.

Selling

Self-service listing is coming in the next phase. For now, contact us to list tickets you own.

What if something goes wrong?

If your ticket doesn't arrive, or arrives but doesn't work at the gate, contact us via your order page within 48 hours of kickoff. We'll investigate and refund as needed.
