These terms govern your use of WC26 Ticket Resale ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

What we are

We are an independent peer-to-peer marketplace where individuals can list and buy resale tickets to the 2026 association football tournament held in North America. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any official tournament organiser.

Listings

Sellers represent that they own the tickets they list, have the right to transfer them, and that the tickets are valid. Listings that prove to be invalid are subject to refund and removal. Sellers are responsible for complying with any resale rules in their jurisdiction.

Purchases

Funds are held on the platform balance until the buyer confirms receipt of the ticket via the official tournament app. If a ticket is not received, the buyer may request a full refund.

Limitation of liability

We act as an intermediary. We are not liable for the actions of buyers or sellers, for entry refusals at the venue, or for any consequential losses arising from a ticket not working as expected.
